Who is responsible

The operator of the Vesthetics brand publishes Sheriff Night and is responsible for the game-related personal information described here.

What the game keeps

• No accounts. You never sign in to Sheriff Night.
• No tracking. The game contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no crash reporters. It shows no ads.
• No network for play. The game and all its cards are inside the app. The game does not send anything to us or to anyone else.
• Local saves only. The game stores the names you type, your settings, chip counts, your own penalty text and the cards you have seen. It stores them only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them. Your phone’s own backup (iCloud or Google) may include them, under your backup settings.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles every purchase, the weekly Party Pass subscription and the one-time Saloon Pass, under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details. The game asks the store, on your device, which passes are active and when the Party Pass renews. It sends nothing to us.

The stores send us sales reports and order records. We use them only for accounting, tax, refunds and support. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Renewal reminders

If you ask for a reminder, the game schedules a notification on your device, two days before each renewal. It is a local notification: no server sends it, and no data leaves your device. The game asks for notification permission only after you say yes. You can turn the reminder off in Settings or in your phone’s settings.

Sharing

If the app lets you share something, it opens your phone’s own share sheet; we do not see what you share.

If you write to support

If you write to support@vesthetics.io, we receive your e-mail address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to answer you and to improve the game. We delete them within 90 days after the issue is solved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Support e-mail is delivered and stored through our Zoho Mail account in its Europe data center.

Where the GDPR applies, we answer your message to handle your purchase or your use of the game (Article 6(1)(b)), or, for other questions, in our legitimate interest in helping players and improving the game (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep store sales records because accounting and tax law require it (Article 6(1)(c)).

When you read this page

This page needs no sign-in, contains no analytics scripts or advertising, and does not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamps, to deliver and secure the page. Your rights

You can play without ever contacting us. For personal information we hold about you, such as your support e-mails, you have the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, and to object to its use. Email support@vesthetics.io and say what you are asking for.

You can also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, such as the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), or the authority where you live.

Children

Sheriff Night is rated for adults (18+) in the stores. It is not directed at children. The After Dark level asks every player to confirm they are 18 or older.
