When to open what.

The system runs on one two-minute habit and a wearable that reports by itself. Everything else has its moment — this page names each one.

  1. Every morning · 2 minutes

    File the daily log

Open Today and file the log.

It tunes V's plan for the day and mints +10 V.

This is the one habit the whole system feeds on.

  2. When you train

    Start the session

Your Protocol already picked today's play from your recovery.

Press Start session and follow it.

No wearable? Log the session by hand in Training.

  3. When you eat

    Check Meals — or don't

Meals holds your targets and the cookbook.

Log what you ate, or skip — the targets carry the day either way.

  4. Automatic · nothing to click

    Your wearable reports at night

Whoop or Polar syncs while you sleep.

Verified workouts and sleep mint league points and Volts by morning.

If the connection dies, the gear rack on V League shows it.

  5. Stream nights

    Show up — presence pays

Chatting once on Kick while V is live mints +25 V.

During an expedition window you also earn the relic and its title, on the spot.

Support mints more: one Vanguard point is one Volt.

  6. Once a week

    Check where you stand

Open your ladder row: rank, division, distance to the next one.

Spend Volts in the Locker — crates, emblem, worn title.

  7. Every 28 days · automatic

    Season close

The season ends and your division becomes a permanent title.

S1 titles can only ever come from season one.

Nothing to click — the mint runs itself.

  8. When new bloods arrive

    Update Labs

Log the markers and V re-reads the picture.

Labs will tell you when a marker is due for a retest.

  9. Anytime

    Ask V

The mask in the corner answers about your plan and numbers.

Ask on stream queues a question for the next broadcast.

Short version: file the log each morning, train when Protocol says, show up on stream nights. The rest takes care of itself.
