Vesthetics / App help

Back to your next move.

Choose what is getting in the way. The steps are here whenever you need them.

A screen will not loadProtocol, Today or a saved plan
  1. Check your connection, then use Try again. In the phone app, Today and Protocol also support pull-to-refresh.
  2. If you use the iPhone beta, open TestFlight and install the newest available Vesthetics build. Reopen the app afterward.
  3. Try the same screen on the website. If the problem continues, note the screen, exact error, time and installed app build for a report.
Open Protocol on the web
Health data is missingConnections, permissions and received data
  1. Open Devices & sync in the phone app. Complete its first manual sync before expecting automatic imports.
  2. Check the permissions for Vesthetics in Apple Health or Health Connect. Only information you allow and the source actually provides can arrive.
  3. Review the received-data dates in Devices & sync. A saved provider connection alone does not mean a reading was imported. Empty reads do not count as a successful import.

Sign-in is stuckGetting in and returning to the app
  1. Use a sign-in method offered on the current sign-in screen. Return to the app when the browser asks to open Vesthetics.
  2. For email sign-in, request a fresh link and open the newest message. An expired or already used link cannot sign you in again.
  3. If the browser succeeds but the app does not return, reopen Vesthetics and try again on the latest build. Include where the journey stopped in your report.

A useful report

“Protocol → Try again still shows a load error. iPhone model, app build, time, and whether the website works.”

Crop personal details from screenshots. Keep health readings, sign-in links and passwords out of public chat.

App support does not provide medical care. Discuss health concerns and treatment decisions with your clinician.
