When someone has died
We are sorry for your loss. If someone who used Vesthetics has died, you can tell us here, and we will take care of their account quietly.
What to send
Write to support@vesthetics.io with the email address or League handle the account used, and your relationship to them. We may ask one question to confirm it. Please do not send documents unless we ask.
What we do
- Every message stops at once: notifications, emails, renewal notices and anything from their crew.
- They leave the V League and every crew. Nobody is notified.
- We stop any membership billed on our website and refund the unused part.
- Their data is handled under our account deletion policy. Where the law allows, we can give the estate a copy first.
What only the app store can do
A membership bought in the App Store can only be cancelled or refunded by Apple. A membership bought on Google Play we can cancel and refund for the unused part. We will tell you which applies.
